The thing nobody else measures
The scale gives you one number. It cannot tell you whether that number came off as fat or as muscle, and on these medications losing muscle is a real risk. People finish a year lighter, weaker, with a slower metabolism than they started with, and they have no idea it happened.
Every month, we put you on the Styku scanner. It builds a 3D model of your body and measures composition. You see fat mass and lean mass separately, this month against last month. If the balance is going the wrong way, we see it and we change the plan while there is still time to change it.
This is a real split screen off our own scanner: the same patient, fifteen weeks apart, held at the same scale by the software. Nothing here is left to memory or to how the jeans felt this morning.
No scan, no measurement, no way to know. You get a number on a bathroom scale and a hope.

Made for you, not off a shelf
Brand name GLP-1s come in fixed steps, because a pre-filled pen can only hold what it holds. If a step up is too much for you, your options are to tolerate it or stop.
Your medication is compounded for you individually, which means we can move your dose in the increments your body is asking for. Going up more slowly because week three was rough. Holding steady for a month. Fine adjustments a pen cannot make.
That is the real reason this approach works for people who could not stay on a branded product. Not the price. The control.
Every prescription is written and overseen by our medical director, a board-certified physician licensed in Washington State. He reviews your history and approves your plan before anything is prescribed.
Your medication is prepared for you by a licensed, LegitScript certified U.S. compounding pharmacy, in a sealed vial, with a certificate of analysis for every batch. Because it is made for one patient and not mass-produced, it does not go through the FDA approval process. That is true of all compounded medication in the United States.
The compounding pharmacy is the part of a GLP-1 program you never get to see. Yours are named, and every one of them is independently certified.

What that certification actually is: LegitScript is an independent body that reviews pharmacies and healthcare merchants against standards for legality, safety and transparency, and then keeps monitoring them. It is the same certification Google and Meta require before a clinic is allowed to advertise a prescription medication at all. You can look any of us up yourself at legitscript.com.
What the online programs actually cost
$399 a month, at every dose. Buying tirzepatide direct the same doses run $299 to $699, and that is the medicine only, before you have paid a doctor. Through an online program it is $448 to $848 once you are on a real dose.
None of them include a body scan, because none of them has a room.
Every one of them sells you one half and bills you for the other. Some advertise a membership, which is really just the doctor, and bill the medication on top. Some sell you the medication and leave you to find a doctor yourself. The medication costs the same either way, because it comes from the same two manufacturers at the same published price. The only thing that changes is what you pay for the doctor.

At the starting dose, buying direct is a dollar cheaper than us. Tirzepatide at 2.5mg bought direct, plus the cheapest monthly doctor on Lilly’s own list, comes to $398 against our $399. A dollar. That is the one place in either table where we are not the lowest number, and we would rather you heard it from us. Lilly’s own prescribing information says 2.5mg is for treatment initiation and is not intended to be a maintenance dose. It is four weeks on the way to somewhere else. From 5mg on, we are cheaper than every column above, at every dose.
And our number does not move when your dose does. Theirs does, in one direction. No column above except ours includes a body composition scan, because none of those programs has a room to put one in.
* All figures are cash, self pay prices, verified 15 September 2026. We have not used insurance copay rates anywhere, including the “with insurance” figures on Lilly’s own partner page, because we are a self pay clinic and so are most of the people reading this.
The medication. Tirzepatide injection direct from the manufacturer is $299 at 2.5mg, $399 at 5mg, $499 at 7.5mg and $699 at 10mg and above, at the manufacturer’s savings page. Lilly will sell 7.5mg and above at $449, but only if every refill is purchased within 45 days of the last delivery. Miss that window and it returns to $499 or $699. Semaglutide injection is $349 a month at novocare.com/pharmacy, $399 at the 7.2mg dose, with $199 for the first two months at the 0.25mg and 0.5mg doses only, through 31 December 2026; Novo Nordisk reserves the right to modify or cancel that program at any time. These are injections. We do not offer a pill, so we have not compared against one.
The doctor. Neither manufacturer includes one. Lilly’s own site says to contact your doctor, and lists six independent telehealth partners for people who do not have one. The columns above use their monthly care rates, $99 and $149 a month, because a “total per month” column has to compare monthly against monthly. That same list also carries single consultations from $29, though three of the four cheapest are quoted with insurance and a one-off consultation is not ongoing dose management. If you can get your prescriptions that way, your cost will be lower than the column shows. Each dose increase is a separate prescription, because a pharmacy cannot fill 5mg against a 2.5mg script, and the label calls for at least four weeks at each dose, so reaching 10mg means four prescriptions over sixteen weeks at minimum. The doctor is a monthly cost while you are titrating, not a one off.
The membership. Ro, WeightWatchers, Hims & Hers and LifeMD sell the same branded medication at the manufacturer’s own price and charge separately for the doctor. Their figures above are month to month rates from each company’s own pricing page, because we are month to month and that is the only fair way to compare.
Not the same product. Our medication is compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide, prepared for you individually by a LegitScript certified United States pharmacy, so it does not go through the FDA approval process. The medication in every other row is branded and FDA approved.
These are cash prices. If your insurance covers a branded GLP-1, or you already have a doctor who will manage this on a copay, your cost that way could be lower and one of those routes may well be the better choice for you. We are self pay by design, which is why our number does not move. Prices change, so check them before you compare.

Month to month, the same program is $149, which is what the columns above use, because that is the only fair way to compare it to us. WeightWatchers is the same shape: $74 on a year long plan, $149 without one.
